Many clients are surprised to learn that their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) can help cover proactive health services like personal training, small-group sessions, nutrition coaching and mobility programs.
With this option:
eligible clients can redirect funds already set aside for health care toward the services that help them move, recover and thrive.
Elevate partners with Truemed so that you can check whether you qualify to use your HSA/FSA.
Once your qualified, you get reimbursed through your health spending account, increasing your value and making your investment go further.
How it works (3-step process)
Book your service — Choose your membership, package or session plan with Elevate Fitness as usual.
Complete the Truemed survey — Use the link below to take a short clinical intake form via Truemed. A licensed practitioner will review and issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) if you qualify.
Submit for reimbursement — With your LMN, request reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator. If approved, you’ll effectively pay with pre-tax funds, increasing your savings.
Note: Elevate Fitness does not accept HSA/FSA funds directly online; clients pay normally and then pursue reimbursement via their HSA/FSA plan.
Each client’s eligibility depends on their personal health status, plan rules, and evaluation via Truemed.
